Message From The President

Read our 2016 WWVP Guidelines

Welcome to the 2016 Season!

Hello everyone and welcome to you all and thank you for choosing to be members of our local community football club at Belsouth.

The pre-season preparations are now complete and a big thank you to our dedicated committee members and other volunteers who just pitch in and help.  Giving something back to the community as a volunteer is a worthwhile and noble thing to do so that our kids can enjoy their weekly football and for our club to run smoothly.

I would encourage all team managers and coaches to read through the club Coaches & Managers Manual which is located in your team folder or download it from our web-site.  Part of developing our sense of community is for parents/carers to volunteer to help out in the canteen and barbecue – teams are rostered for these important duties – please check the canteen roster from our web-site.

Belsouth Football Club offers fantastic programs for Peewees, MiniRoos, Junior Girls, Open Juniors, Senior Women and Men – again this year we have solid membership across all of our non-competitive and competitive competitions.

Please continue to check our web-site for update information. In addition to our web-site and Twitter, we will also use Facebook to publish information.

All fixtures, results and ladders for competitive teams will be published on-line via the Fox Sports Pulse web-site once the season starts.

This season Belsouth is very happy to announce new sponsorship deals with Cook Friendly Grocer and Rebel Sport which will greatly assist with supporting and funding activities in 2016 and into the future.  I encourage you all to participate in these new and fantastic initiatives.

If you need more information, don’t hesitate to email the relevant committee member.

Belsouth Football Club is very proud of its community involvement and remember our club motto is Fun, Football and Family.

Enjoy your 2016 football season!

Wayne Harding
